My name is Chananya [cha-nan-ya, when saying the "CH", pretend you have something stuck in your throat]  Abraham, psychotherapist, parent to 5 amazing children, and parent advocate of embracing imperfections! We believe that parenting is a universal journey, and it's okay to admit that we don't always have our s**t together.
